Due to the expected volume at the Christmas Masses and limited seating for social distancing, you must call the office and register to attend Mass. When you call, you will be asked your name and how many people will be in your group. There will be assigned seating, so the number you give at registration is the number of seats that will be reserved for you. Please do not bring extra people with you to Mass. We ask that you also let us know if you will be listening to the Mass ...in the parking lot for the 2 pm, 4 pm, or 10 am so we know approximately how many people will be receiving Communion. Mass Times: December 24th-Christmas Eve: 2pm-Inside seating, downstairs seating, parking lot and live-streamed on Facebook; 4pm-Inside seating, downstairs seating, parking lot and live-streamed on Facebook, Broadcast on Radio 1410am WLSH; 6pm & 10pm-Inside Seating. #MarianPride Marian Catholic High School received a First Federal Charitable Foundation grant to be used to purchase a lighting system for its stage, which the ...school uses for theater productions, Mass and school assemblies. Marian Catholic announced its new Performing Arts Program this past summer under the direction of Carrie Fox, a current employee of the school. The school was given a gift from a benefactor to redo the stage floor. As school officials continued to assess the needs of the stage area, they concluded that new lighting would be also be a priority. In applying for the grant, the Rev. Allen Hoffa, Marian’s Head of School, said the Performing Arts Program would help students to foster a greater appreciation of art, music and literature while developing self-confidence, public speaking and presentation skills, and building skills that develop the whole person. Thank you to First Federal Charitable Foundation for making this possible! #MarianSpirit #MarianPerformingArts https://www.timesleader.com//first-federal-charitable-foun

Pray with us! Beginning today and every day for the next nine days, the Commission for Women is praying a Christmas Novena. Our prayers will be a very special ...spiritual Christmas gift to Bishop Schlert as we offer this novena for his intentions. We are grateful for your participation and trust that God will hear our prayers. After praying for the intention, pray the short litany, and then finish with one Our Father, one Hail Mary, one Glory Be, and one St. Michael prayer.

#MarianLegend Marian Catholic High School congratulates former principal John P. "Jack" Malarkey on the dedication of our gymnasium in his honor and legacy! Mal...arkey, whose 87th birthday is November 3, was showered with praises from the Rev. Allen Hoffa, Head of School; and Stan Dakosty, longtime football coach and Athletic Director. Dakosty commented, I wouldn’t be standing here today if it weren’t for the man we’re honoring this morning. Jack Malarkey’s influence on Marian Catholic High School and the Marian family has been incredible and it’s only fitting that he’s being honored in this manner. Congratulations! See more

Hail, Holy Queen! The Solemnity we celebrate today focuses on the privilege Mary had in sharing beforehand in the redemption of Christ. She was preserved from... the stain of Original Sin from the first moment of her conception in the womb. Today is the beginning of the great preparation for Christ coming into the world. For in time, God sent His only Son to save us. He took on our human nature in addition to His divine nature in order to redeem our human nature and to elevate it. This love story is personal, for each one of us. Because of this, He truly understands all the struggles and temptations of this live. He understands suffering, pain, all that draws us away from Him and His love. We have the great grace and privilege to always go to Christ with our struggles since He too lived those struggles, except sin. On Mary’s feast day, let us go to her with our needs so that she can bring them to her loving Son.
