Fall 2021 classes will be taught through remote instruction, virtual learning and in-person instruction for classes approved to be on campus. Students approved to be on campus will receive detailed information one week before classes begin. Please note that HACC campuses will remain closed to the public and open only to students and employees approved to be on campus for classes and scheduled appointments for select student services until at least Dec. 20, 2021. Terrorists to Human Beings: How the Muslim Ban Changed Depictions of Muslims in Hollywood Wednesday, April 14, from noon - 1 p.m. Join Student Involvement in recognition of Arab American Heritage Month on Wednesday, April 14, from noon - 1 p.m. Professor Evelyn Alsultany, leading expert on the history of representations of Arabs and Muslims in the U.S. media, will provide a brief overview of the stereotypes Hollywood has produced about Arabs and Muslims over the last 100 y...ears.
