We are steadily growing over here at Elemental Magick. This couldn’t have happened with all of your support. For this, we are truly grateful. With growth comes some new policies that we must put into effect. As you know, we do two live feeds per week, Sunday Funday and Witchy Wednesday. We just recently added Thursday to our lineup for the holidays. That being said, we will not be in the store Wednesday morning and afternoon so we may be ready for live. Pick up times on Wedn...esday will be from 4:30-8:30pm. Our invoicing happens every Monday. We are asking that all invoices be paid no later than Friday in the same week. After the first reminder, if your invoice is not paid, we will have to put those items back on the shelf. We will be closed until a new space is available. We do offer virtual private shopping for our customers. If there is something you would like to see in the shop, please send us a message on our Messenger and we will make an appointment with you. Sending all messages to our Elemental Magick page is imperative to ensure we get your message. Please don’t send messages to individual employees. We will also be turning Messenger off sporadically so we may focus on our individual home life and responsibilities. Shipping days happen Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. To ensure your package arrives promptly, please make sure your invoice is paid no later than Wednesday. Any paid invoice after will have to go out the following week. Unfortunately with Covid-19, we only receive one pickup per week from our post office. We strive to put our customers first. This success comes from each and every one of you. It is extremely important for our team to have an excellent work flow so we may provide you excellent customer service. We thank you all for your continued support.
