We have received many "TIPS" this week regarding a YOU TUBE video named "Pennsylvania's Most Wanted (Clinton County)." The person who created this video simply used public information available to anyone but what viewers are missing is the DATE in which he created this video was Sept 11, 2020. Some of those individuals have responded and have now corrected the issues which caused them to be "wanted" and some individuals are indeed still wanted by our office or probation. Th...ere are much better ways to gather this type of information. In this instance, I would offer Clintoncountypa.com as the website. Find the Clinton County Sheriff's Office page. There you can find active warrants including images if their are any. Or Subscribe to our Clinton County Sheriff's CRIMEWATCH app to get updates on wanted persons or view active warrants and submit Tips there as well. If your License to Carry has expired or is due to expire between March 19 and Dec 31 you are still Valid. Good until end of 2020. However, we are still processing these via mail in and appointment schedule.

HOSPITAL INFORMATION-unofficial, my words here, but I was there for a while. I just don't want people fearing we will not have a Hospital for a very long time. The actual Hospital "building" did not burn. The problems occurred in and around a tunnel underground. It's difficult to explain other than an underground tunnel from boiler building towards the actual Hospital. That tunnel which was being reconstructed and/or permanently closed was the issue. All of the patient movement was done with utmost care and safety in mind. Better to move early under a somewhat controlled situation versus hastily in an emergent one. Let's hope LH Hospital (UPMC) reopens very quickly for all of us in Clinton County.

Please call 911 or plan when possible... You will be going to another facility. Hopefully we get Lock Haven UPMC ER back open very quickly.
