They say, find three hobbies One that will make you money, one that will keep you in shape and one to be creative. I feel so grateful and blessed to have three hobbies/careers (depends on how you want to look at it ) that provide me with opportunity and outlets for all three!!! ... I am over the moon with so much excitement to add this new journey into my life!! I found yoga when I started my classes to become a licensed massage therapist. I was 25. I was broken- like many of us. My interest started at the surface of what yoga looks like to a lot of people...pretty poses. I could have never fathomed what yoga was going to guide me through. Yoga is a way of living. It’s been my saving grace. It’s led me out of self-hate to self-love. It’s guided me to accept and appreciate my body. It’s taught me to just be with myself. It’s shown me how to slow down. In total yoga has brought tremendous, true, unconditional love to my life. My purpose? To inspire healing and radiate as much of the love that is within me out to those who are willing and ready to receive it. I love you all. I honor you all.
