CHEMS in the Community! Today CHEMS got to celebrate Super Sunday and support our friends and partners at Throop 27 Engine & Rescue by picking up 9 orders of wings for our on duty staff. Just because we had a little snow, we even broke out the snow dog (our shift commander Bosley) to make sure we got to the wings. Thanks for the great wings and for being even better partners!

CHEMS in the Community! Earlier this evening, CW45 stopped off at Dickson City Fire Department to meet the local Cub Scout Troop. The scouts got to tour the rig and learn about what our paramedics do for our communities. Huge thanks to Eagle Hose Company #1 for their hospitality and the invite!

Commonwealth 54 along with several other CHEMS units, staffed with some of the most professional individuals in the northeast region were extremely busy with this snow storm! Not only were we making sure that the ones who needed help the most, got the best treatment that could be provided, but we also took care of our own, by making sure they were able to get to work safely to provide the best medical care possible.

CHEMS IS HIRING! CHEMS is one of the largest ambulance services in PA. We are a hospital based EMS service providing 911 emergent and non-emergent transportation throughout Lackawanna, Luzerne, Wyoming, Wayne, and Pike counties. Because of new 911 and transport agreements we are hiring for multiple positions as our operations grow and expand.
