It is with a heavy heart that I ask you guys to SHARE this post... Unfortunately, due to the mandates and stipulations still in effect for large gatherings put down by the CDC, health department, and the governors office, our event has been shut down for the 2020 season. BUT! we will be back bigger and better next year for your Fathers-day weekend event! Our 2021 dates will be June 18, 19, 20

As Father’s Day weekend comes to a close, the Parts A Rama wants to send a HUGE shout out to all the Dads who are reading this! Thank you for carrying on the Father’s Day tradition of the Parts A Rama, and helping make this event into what it is today. To all the fathers that are reading this, God bless you, and thank you for your support! Our June Father’s Day event has been forced to be rescheduled this year due to COVID-19. The new date for this event will be: September 11,12,13 of this year, 2020!! Same, show, same place, different date!! We hope to see you all there.

*SHARE SHARE SHARE* 2020 Parts A Rama Covid-19 update! As of yesterday, we here at the Parts A Rama have decided to move the date of our event to SEPTEMBER, 11, 12, 13. This event will take place in the exact same place, at the Big Butler Fairgrounds, right off of Route 422, and will be identical to the Fathers-day weekend event, it will just be taking place on a different date, SEPTEMBER 11, 12, 13. To our vendors, firstly, If you are a pre-paid vendor, this does not affect... your spots in any way. Everything will be exactly as it would have been in June, just on a different date. Same spots and prices. Secondly, one of our main goals is to create a profitable event for you, and we recognize that without spectators, having a profitable show is impossible. We believe the best way to ensure strong attendance is to move the event date to later in the year, farther from this crisis and time of social distancing. This decision has been pushed back as far as possible, and we did not come to this decision hastily. We have spoken with the government, the fairground board, as well as taking opinions from vendors and spectators, to gain insight into the best choice for the event. With the information that we have tried to obtain from the government, we cannot guarantee that our event will be within government guidelines come Father’s Day weekend, seeing that there are such tight regulations put into place for large gatherings like this one. We appreciate everyone understanding the date change and hope that it does not create any inconveniences for you. We are doing what needs done to make this the best show possible for all who attend. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns about this change. Obviously, this is not an ideal situation for anyone and we are making decisions that we hope will benefit everyone. We are trying our best to make this swap meet happen so everyone can come, be safe, buy and sell, and enjoy this event that has become a tradition in so many peoples lives.

Congratulations to our people’s choice winner for this week’s virtual car show, Dave Fox from clarksburg pa!! And his 1959 Chevy apache 36 with the original 283 engine and a 4 speed manual transmission. This truck has a optional NAPCO 4 wheel drive package under neath. Originally, it was brought to pa from colorado as a project, that took about 11 years for the transformation. As you can see all the work was done in his garage, even the painting, by him and his buddies. Dave... we appreciate the build my friend!!
