It's #toolkittuesday and Congreso de Latinos Unidos has a great tip to help teach kids to relax and release tension. "Domestic violence affects the whole family, including children who have been protected from the abuse. This stress can take a toll on our bodies and minds! Children can benefit from practicing fun, healthy ways to release this tension. If you notice that your child is anxious, upset, or zoning out, try this fun relaxation game to help them feel good again." For more support and resources, call the Philly Domestic Violence Hotline 1-866-723-3014 #dvam2020 #dvamphilly
