Borough Blond with Apricot - Belgian Blond - 7.2% An honest and uncomplicated Belgian Golden Ale. This classic was brewed with a blend of golden-hued barley malts, and hopped solely and delicately with floral Saaz. It offers a delightful bouquet of raw honey, English biscuits, orange, and a hint of clove with apricots.

The brewpub reopens today at 4pm. We are excited to welcome you back! Socially distant live music and touchless trivia continue starting Wednesday with guest host Annie Christ.

Meet the staff, if you've had the opportunity to visit Well Crafted, chances are you have seen Kim Casey buzzing around. She has been with Well Crafted since our first week. Kim is full of energy, always rushing around making sure our customers get the most out of their experience. She has extensive beer knowledge and is quick to offer a suggestion or sample to anyone who doesn't already have a favorite Well Crafted brew. Her current favorite is Heygar, an oaty IPA made with Kviek yeast and hopped with Citra, Sabro, and Idaho 7. She is a fan of IPAs and likes Heygar because "It's delicious and hazy". Right now you can see Kim in the bottle shop and hopefully sooner than later, behind the bar and serving in the brewpub.

Who needs champagne when you have beer! Saison Caroline This mighty fine Saison was brewed with our favorite biscuity Pilsner malt and a touch of wheat, and hopped with noble Saaz. Luxurious, full bodied notes of pear, wildflower honey, rose petals, and Prosecco. 8.7%

You’ve had IPA, you’ve had a Stout, have you had a Smoked Beer? Smoked Beer is brewed from grain that has been dried over an open flame, leaving behind a smoky flavor and campfire smell. To make our smoked beer, we grab super fresh malt that has been kilned over earthy and slightly sweet Alder wood at Deer Creek Malthouse in Glen Mills, PA. Available in 4-packs and mixed packs at the bottle shop, Gone Squatchin’ is a delightful, warming Amber ale, balanced with some caramel and roast malts. With sappy sweet notes of campfire, burnt caramel, and maple syrup. 6.3%

Brittany loves to pair the Cocoa Caliente Stout Brownie with the obvious choice, Cacao Caliente Mexican Chocolate Stout with subtle heat. But sometimes she says the delicious brownie sundae pairs best with Flamingo Bonito. The bright raspberry compliments the bold Stout... and who doesn’t like chocolate and raspberry? Weekly Crowler Specials Veteran DIPA Brewed to commemorate all of our Veteran heroes past and present. We here at Well Crafted truly appreciate every Veteran's service. Brewed in collaboration with Yakima Chief Hops, we solely used their Veterans Hop Blend, which is a special blend of five Pacific Northwest grown hops including Idaho7, HBC 692, Sabro, Mosaic, and HBC 630. Dom suggests Saison Caroline (now in bottles) to go with our delicious cranberry bar. Saison Caroline’s champagne characteristics sparkle honey and pear notes next to the sweet and tart cranberry bar. The bar is filled with cranberry and orange zest, placed over vanilla wafers and custard, and topped with a brown sugar crumble. You have an option to add ala mode with vanilla ice cream.

For our second experiment with the mind blowing Norwegian Kviek yeast, we wondered what would happen to our flagship IPA, Hop Monger, if it were brewed with the tropical Kviek strain. The outcome became the hybrid Kviek Monger. Double dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Amarillo, Kviek Monger has beautiful and pungent notes of peach ring candy, Meyer lemon, Champagne mango, and a hint of pineapple sap.

Prepare for winter weather and stay warm and cozy with Cacao Caliente. Our Mexican chocolate stout will warm you from the inside out. Rich chocolate and subtle heat underline this delectable treat. A complex malt base with layers of earthy hatch chilies, cinnamon, cacao nibs and habanero heat delightfully balance the edge of spicy and sweet. 8.8%

Kviek yeast from Norway is shaking up what American brewers know about brewing. Norwegian farmers have passed down their brewing yeast from farmer to farmer and family to family for hundreds of years. But we are just learning more about this special and unique ingredient thanks to Lars Marius Garshol's brewing research in Scandinavia. Kviek yeasts are extremely fast at fermenting beer, can work in high temperatures where other yeast stall or produce off flavors, and impart beautiful tropical flavors into a brew. Our first experiment using a Kviek yeast strain was with a beer called Heygar. Named after Norwegian Vikings, Heygar is tropical and complex with notes of candied coconut, citrus mango, and dank apricots. This oaty IPA was crushed with loads of pungent Citra, Sabro, and Idaho 7 hops. 7.4%
