Meet our Staff Monday! My name is Gina Horne. I worked previously at DCDC from 2000 to 2007. I returned in the fall of 2009. I graduated from Bloomsburg University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education. When I’m not at DCDC having fun with the kids, I like to spend time with my husband Mark and son Benjamin. I also enjoy playing with my nephew Josh. I am also a volunteer firefighter at East End Fire Company in Mahoning Township.
