LITTLE THINGS MATTER: In most team settings its impractical for ALL to have exceptional technique. But .... Here are the 5 TECHNIQUE BREAKDOWNS I see most of...ten in New Athletes: 1. "Dancing Feet" (Bench Press) 2. Knees In / Knee Valgus (Squat) 3. Chin Forward (Vertical and Horizontal Pulling Movements) 4. Rounded Upper and or Lower Back (DLifts / Olympics) 5. Lazy Wrists (Bench Press) If these BREAKDOWNS are common or OK in your weight room its time to start coaching !!!

So ... we are temporarily suspending all training at the MC. We will be updating you as we communicate with our partners at the MC.
