October 31, 2020 DEAR RESIDENT MEMBER, It is with sincere regret that we must announce that our Club’s President, Mr. Jim Summerville, announced his resignation. Please extend thanks to Jim, as during his tenure, many course and clubhouse improvements were undertaken and completed. He has served the club with our best interest and elevated the quality of our venue to the next level. Accordingly, the Board of Directors must ask for your understanding that the election of Club officers and board members must be postponed until December 6, 2020. This delay will enable posting of the vacancy of the position of the President and permit time for potential candidates to enroll. Please visit the clubhouse to place your vote for the FY2021 leadership staff on December 6, 2020. Voting will begin at 10:00 a.m. and end at 3:30 p.m. Counting of the ballots will begin at this time followed with the announcement of the new officers and board members at the annual meeting beginning at 4:00. The golf season is sadly coming to an end. Our last day tentatively will be October 31st. Weather permitting we will open in November.
