The Wells Fargo Regional Foundation-funded effort will result in a resident-driven identification and prioritization of strategies and activities to address the community’s identified needs. Urban Partners has significant experience with the expectations and requirements of the Wells Fargo Regional Foundation having, most recently, participated in Foundation-sponsored neighborhood plans in Southwest Lancaster, Coatesville and Philadelphia, PA. https://www.urbanpartners.us//West-Ward-Neighborhood-Revit
