Our team has decided to wear safety glasses and facemasks and refrain from shaking hands with patients. These precautions reduce the risk of virus transmission and allow us to provide you with the care that you need. If you or a household contact is experiencing a cough, fever, or other cold or flu-like symptoms, or if you were exposed to so...meone who is suspected to be positive for the coronavirus, please call us to reschedule your appointment. Many of our patients have compromised immune systems or take medications which suppress their immune systems, and it is for their safety that we ask patients who may be sick to stay home and not risk exposing those who may be more susceptible to disease. Per Governor Wolf's mandate, we will be contacting our cosmetic patients and our patients who are coming for routine follow up appointments with no urgent issues to discuss rescheduling appointments. We now have virtual appointments available, where you can interact with your provider via a HIPAA compliant live video chat which can be done from most smart phones, tablets, iPads, or computers with a camera. This is a safe and effective alternative to coming to the office for some of our more basic conditions (ex: acne). Our front desk staff can decide which option is the best for you.
