The Nailery

Allegheny County moves to Yellow Status soon and while we are not permitted to open during Yellow Status, it means we're heading in the right direction!

Hello, darlings! As many of you may have seen or heard today, Allegheny County is still in the red phase of reopening and the stay at home order has not been lifted. Unfortunately, this means The Nailery will have to remain closed at this time. Our secretary of health also revealed that salons will not be opening until the green phase which may be several weeks still.... We miss you all and can’t wait to see you! Here's to beautiful nails in the near future!

Friends, for our health and yours we will be following the request to close. We will be working through the existing appointments to reschedule for a later date. Thank you for your continued support and loyalty!

Dear customers, We are trained and licensed nail technicians and are regularly inspected to make sure we follow guidelines for sanitation and disease prevention. We follow these guidelines all the time, not just during periods of heightened awareness. No amount of cleaning can eliminate all risk but we spend quite a bit of time and money on disinfectant and cleaning supplies to keep people healthy as a top priority!... The Nailery is open and will remain open until the state health department tells us we should not be. We are a very small salon and so will never have large groups of people. That's a social distancing win! For our health and yours, we hope everyone is using common sense precautions to limit exposure to COVID 19 and all other types viruses and bacteria borne illness, now and always. Common sense prevention includes: washing hands regularly with hot water and soap, sanitation of instruments, not coming to work sick, going to public places sick, etc. Please, if you feel ill stay home and take care of yourself. We can reschedule your service when you are feeling better. We know people are uneasy but there is no need for panic, just proper preparation. We look forward to seeing you at The Nailery!
