We just wanted to let everyone know that we are open and plan to remain open as long as it is safe for our patients. We know many of our patients depend on and need regular treatments to remain healthy and pain free. Stress and pain are hard on the body, and we hope by remaining open, we can continue to offer some relief and support to our patients. In order to remain open during this important social distancing time, we have taken all the necessary precautions to make sure o...ur facility is as clean and sanitary as possible. We are following the CDC recommendations for prevention including proper hand washing and regular cleaning and disinfecting of all frequently touched surfaces. I will properly wash my hands before and after each treatment. All surfaces and tables will be disinfected before and after each patient. When possible, patients will be taken back to private area as soon as they arrive. We have gloves available for patients, as well as I will wear a mask and gloves during treatment when requested. We are providing private appointments upon request, making sure you are the only one in the facility. To arrange a private appointment, please contact us so we can schedule a time to accommodate you. When I first visited Dr. Tepe I was in so much pain I could not sit for more than a few minutes at time. With his help I have been pain free without medication for several years. I can't imagine my life without him, especially during gardening season!

The Waiting room : It was my first experience with a chiro practer ever. I went in with doubts if this would be even have any effect on me or help me with my pain. I entered the premises and I was greeted by Dr.Tepe himself . Next I filled in a chart which allows me to accurately pinpoint on a human body diagram the areas of pain on my body. Meeting Dr.Tepe : Dr.Tepe is one of the most amazing people I have met. He greets his patients with warmth and genuinely cares about t...hem. Next he assessed my condition by feeling the sore areas and asked me few questions which allowed him to suggest adjustments that would relieve stress. Before the adjustments begin , he asked me lie on the bed which has a foam massage roller that runs on your back. This helps release tension in your spine. I was there for about the next 15 mins. Post this Dr. Tepe began with the adjustment process. He is a pro at this and knew exactly how much pressure to apply , how much the neck needs to be stretched or how much the hands and legs need to be twisted.
