We honestly can’t thank Steve’s Club via CrossFit KoP enough. After the placement of 2.5 year old twin boys from foster care, we looked into actives to burn off their steam and also help them thru any struggles they may have acclimating to an entirely different life and norm that they were so used to. We ourselves were members of CrossFit KoP and upon hearing what this class offered, we wanted to get the boys involved. They started when they were 3 and fell in love after the... first class. Time went by and they, and their sister officially became members of our family through adoption. They are now 8 and still continue with the Steve’s club program. It amazes us how more in tune with themselves, and their bodies they are. The physical benefits and mental benefits cannot be denied. After a challenging workout, they are so happy and proud of their accomplishments. It truly carries thru to their everyday lives. At times they may briefly drift away due to sports team schedule conflicts, but rest assured once the season is over, they are begging to come back. This is Johnathan, an athlete at Steve's Club King of Prussia in Pennsylvania. Read his success story. I was able to start doing CrossFit almost 2 years ago be...cause of Steve's Club King of Prussia and It has effected my life in many ways. I have not only gotten healthier and stronger but I have also learned if I work hard, I am able to reach goals I wouldn't have thought possible. Because of Steve's Club I have had the opportunity to compete in weightlifting meets, the CrossFit Open, and Teen Competitions. I also got to go to Leadership Camp last summer where I got to meet friends from all over the country that like to workout and lift like I do. I am thankful for Steve's Club because of people I have gotten to meet. I have made so many friends. The kind of people I am around at the gym, make me better. Participating in CrossFit has also made me less shy. I am not afraid to speak to new people and I have been able to make more friends at school. I am truly grateful for everything Steve's Club and CrossFit has done for my life. See more

We've have soccer players, sprinters, wrestlers and swimmers who have seen real improvements in their sports after participating in our program. The Olympic lifts build the strength, stability, speed, power and the confidence essential to excelling in sports! And if your interested in the sport of weightlifting we've got a team going to USA Weightlifting Youth Nationals this summer and there's room for more! Get your kids started with us starting November 28th! We have Steve's Club Scholarships available for those who qualify!

Aimee Lyons and her team held their first Steve’s Club class at CrossFit King Of Prussia in 2011, and continue to give back to their community through Steve's C...lub King of Prussia. To shape the lives of kids who are growing up less fortunate was an opportunity that I could not pass up. If we could provide role models for these underprivileged youth through the CrossFit community, and show them what values we hold, they will be able to take this confidence, positive attitude, and leadership out into the real world to attain opportunities that wouldn’t have existed otherwise. Don't forget Beat the Streets is on Friday! Your donations will go directly to our Steve's Club Program that provides free CrossFit Classes and Weightlifting programs to kids who normally wouldn't be able to afford it. Donations will be accepted all day and the WOD will be our Workout for the day! At 5:30pm the WOD will be open to family & friends of all ages! Suggested donation is $25 but any size donation is appreciated!
