As a family owned and operated business we take pride in every piece of artwork that comes from our establishment. Whether it be a piercing or tattoo. That being said we are also very reasonable when it comes to our clientele. We make ourselves available with our personal contact information for any problems that may arise. However we have a business policy as well! We do not issue refunds what so ever. We will gladly replace jewelry or mix a mistake free of charge if somethi...ng of that sort should arise. Each artist gives ample time and options for you to agree to your stencil or placement before any procedure is fulfilled. Once you agree to something especially a tattoo it is permanent. If you are unhappy with something after it is done simply coming to us and expressing that we will gladly do everything in our power to fix the situation. However if you come in blazing hot with a terrible attitude demanding things and just being extremely rude to our artists and staff. We will no longer permit you in our establishment. This is to be a safe and happy environment where people can come and get their desired artwork and if we are incapable of doing the best there is for that design we will refer you to the best! This shop is not about money. Its about talent and doing what we love every single day. If you cannot be respectful to our establishment and or our staff please don't even bother coming here. Shawn has some availability today! As well as today is $20 Tuesday for piercings. This week is the last week for our breast cancer awareness fundraiser as well as our fundraiser for the Tears Foundation in honor of pregnancy and infant loss. Call to schedule your apts! 724-762-5053

Shawn and I have decided that as well as breast cancer awareness this month we will be taking donations as well as doing tattoos in honor of miscarriage and infant loss. I found a local foundation that helps out parents after loss. The foundation for this is called The TEARS Foundation. PA chapter. Most if not all of you know what we went through last year. This is very very important to us and we only hope to raise enough money and awareness to this foundation to help some...one else who has been through what we have. We have tattoos starting at $50 and and 50% of each awareness or memorial tattoo will go into donations for the foundation. As well as $15 of every nose piercing. We will of course post pictures of the donation come the end of the month. We will be filling the window and wall with pumpkins that have customers names on them or memorials for those little pumpkins we've lost. I will be making flyers for this as well and posting them different places. We will also be taking online donations if your not able to come donate in person. Our goal is to raise more awareness about this very helpful foundation and let parents know that they are not alone in this. Thank you everyone who has already participated today. In just a few short hours of starting this we have over $60 in just donations already. I seriously cannot thank people enough for their support for something so important.
