THENNN we dry-hopped the mafuka with Mosaic and MI Copper giving it crazy fragrant floral notes and a HEAVY tropical fruit nose. Study Buddy is a 4.7% abv Session Pale Ale. We got the inspiration for this jawn from all the Lehigh ...students trickling back into town. Well the snow actually showed up this time so we’re gunna be closed today, and maybe tomorrow so we’ll see how that goes What better time to give everyone an update on our rooftop than during a crappy winter storm We’re pushing to have our permits in February and start construction shortly thereafter. Bathrooms, elevator, bar, fire pits, solar panel roofing, and room for 180 people when the weather isn’t crap. Can’t wait for this to be done as it’s the last phase of ...construction...which has been riddled with nonsense along the way. Just gotta keep the beer flowin and our heads up... With all our new fermentors and glycol lines redone, we’re going to be pushing out more beer than ever before Whenever someone asked when the roof will be done, I always respond with there’s a direct correlation between how much beer you drink and how quickly it will be done...well you all DRANK this year and your reward is coming

Ahh, to be a kid again.. just imagine, it’s Halloween and a brisk 54 degrees out, the wind is blowing leaves across your front yard. You’ve had your costume on since you got off of the school bus. Halloween Week It’s that time of year We have a special surprise for our STOUT lovers today... Cormac’s Revenge 5.3% ABV. Oatmeal stout with chocolate, white chocolate, and vanilla. Slight roasted notes up front with a smooth sweetness on the back end reminiscent of Irish Cream.
