PLEASE READ AND SHARE OUR PROTOCOLS STILL IN EFFECT AND REVISED CHANGES: Due to the positive numbers in Covid-19 increasing, we want our clients and staff to remain as safe as possible. While most of our protocols have remained the same, there are few revisions. When you call to check in or receive a reminder call, you will be asked if you have recently been exposed to COVID-19. If you have, we ask that you reschedule for least two weeks out. We will try our best to accom...modate your circumstances. This additional measure is to protect our clients as well as our staff. We are operating with a decreased percentage of staff and following the PVMA regulations to ensure safety and the ability to remain open. We ask you are honest regarding exposure; the unfortunate truth is, if our staff becomes sick, the practice may temporarily have to shut down. We are still having curbside service. Call when you arrive and let the technician know which vehicle you are in. If there are concerns, please bring a list with you. A technician will come out when available to escort your pet into the building and the doctor will call you. Since we are still not having clients come into the building at this time, our restroom is temporarily unavailable. If you need to leave during your appointment, just call and make us aware. Reminder that especially during urgent care hours, there may be an extended wait time. For approved medication and food refills, we are still accepting payment prepaid over the phone. If you are dropping off any urine or stool samples, please call and inform us once it is in our drop off bin. We understand this has been very tasking on everyone. We greatly appreciate all the love and support given during this time. Thank you See more

Cooler temperatures are upon us. It's time to open that closet and break out some blankets. If you are updating your collection this year and have gently used blankets, they are perfect for donations to your local shelter or veterinary office. We are accepting large towels and blankets. If you wish to donate, you can call the office during business hours and a technician will come out and retrieve them or they can be left at the bottom of the steps at the front door. Thank you!!!!
