Almost finished up with this project, one more coat to apply tomorrow morning and that a wrap for us. The owners are converting the entire first floor of this building into a local dog rescue. Our epoxy floors are great for dog rescues, dog kennels, veterinary clinics or doggie daycare facilities. The floors are easy to clean and will not absorb any urine smell like other floors. Additionally they are able to be cleaned with bleach when needed without damaging the floor. ... We completed this garage floor over 4 years ago. Our customer sustained major flood damage back in August due to the tropical storm that came through the valley. Our customer who lives along a river had water from floor to ceiling floor in her basement and flooded the garage up to the bottom of the entry door to her house. Stagnant water along with sewage was all over everything. Despite having a total loss with a bunch of items, her garage floor wasn't damaged at all an...d was able to be properly cleaned with bleach without having to worry about damaging the epoxy floor. Needless to say the carpeting that was on the steps needed to be replaced which exposed multiple layers of ugly failing paint. Our customer knew the best option was going to be to epoxy coat the concrete steps to match her garage floor. Our guys finished up coating multiple floors today at the historic Hess Mansion in West End Allentown. We coated 3 utility rooms, a basement galley kitchen, garage bathroom and the laundry room.
