I still do traffic work. I always liked traffic work. When I learned it's not against the law to go through a red light in PA I knew I could work with the vehicle code. Mostly I represent people accused of speeding. I remind you here that you're timed often in many ways. I recommend you get a radar detector. I also recommend you don't speed. Your license is important. We live in a 6 point world. A couple of tickets and you'll get mail about your license. If you do get a ticket for speeding call me. I'll help you with other tickets too. Crime and I have separated. For crime, I'll give you a referral. www.RBMacDonald.com

Happy New Year. I’m still here. I look forward to this year of a slow traffic practice. I retired from crime. This year I’ll primarily do speeding and driving under suspension cases. I’m done with misdemeanors and felonies. I still do first offense DUIs and possession of cannabis cases. I don’t consider those crime. After 4 years of war, 7 years of school and 38 years practicing law I slow down but haven’t stopped. My schedule should be the envy of every lawyer. I won’t take a dollar if I believe I can’t help. This will be a very good year for me. I send wishes to you for the same. Live free and prosper with good health. Speeding? Been caught yet? Call me. I may be able to help you. Happy New Year. I’m still here. Free advice - don’t drink or smoke and drive. You can’t afford it. Save yourselves.

I've watched the law bend and break over time. Avoid having it laser focused on you. When it's looking your way it does so in a light favorable to the Commonwealth, not you. Don't need me.

In the past I did warrant checks prior to meeting a client. That's not available anymore. Now I run them on Facebook to get a sense of who's coming to see me. I also still do docket checks to see if there's a criminal history and details about any pending charges prior to our consultation.

Justice changes from court room to court room, county to county, state to state and nation to nation. There's no other way. All you can do is try to be where the nation, state, county and court room won't crush you. People are in jail here for things they're free elsewhere. I object. Either we all belong in jail or no one does. ...except the Bad Man.

Remember, it's easier to stay out of jail than escape from jail. If something is important to you then don't have a problem and then express that. Don't have the problem. The court often says, "it wasn't that important to you before you__________. Live free.

I've been walking through this door since 1982. I highly, no pun intended, encourage you to avoid needing me or my friends. Don't drive impaired, slap your wife or steal from Walmart, among other things. Live free.

I think that when police inform you that your words WILL be used against you that they should also tell you that they'll never be used FOR you. If you admit something it's a confession. If you deny you did something that is just a self serving statement and not evidence and no one will ever hear it.

I will always believe that if you didn't do anything wrong, you should never plead guilty. If you behaved badly, you should make it as good for yourself as possible.
