After Covid and much consideration, as Ms. Carrie has a full time position in health care now, Pulse will be joining forces with Spot On Dance Academy! Owned and operated by Ms. Stephanie Matthews, a former student of Ms. Carrie's, a beautiful state of the art new studio is opening in Ft. Washington!
