As a reminder, I have suspended all in-person notary services until further notice. I offer Remote Online Notarization through DocVerify. The cost is $50.00 inclusive. That includes the $5.00 per stamp fee and the administrative fee to cover the cost of DocVerify. Hopefully, I can reopen to the general public soon.

With cases surging in Allegheny County, my office will not accept in-person notary appointments for the foreseeable future. I do offer remote online notarization, however, there are strict rules surrounding this service and I must charge a higher fee for RON. If you are interested, please give me a call. I hope that things change soon so that I can start serving my neighbors again. #flattenthecurve

Due to the increase in Covid-19 cases in Allegheny County, I am suspending in person notary services until further notice.

I am now fully authorized to do remote online notarization. There are rules that are mandated by the state for identity verification. I use DocVerify to perform RON. Call for information and costs.

I will be reopening on Friday, June 5th. Additionally, as soon as I am approved to do so, I will be offering remote notarization until the Governor's order allowing remote notarization expires. Hopefully, Governor Wolf will amend the law to allow us to continue to offer remote notary services. Stay tuned.
