It is with profound sadness that Pittsburgh EMS Rescue 2 reports the passing of former Rescue Chief Robert Full. Chief Full was an original Pittsburgh Paramedic hired in 1975 and served the City for more than 20 years. Chief Full also served Allegheny County and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in Emergency Management. Chief Full had an enormous impact on the development of the Pittsburgh EMS Rescue Division and the Pennsylvania USAR Strike Team 1. He will be greatly missed. Rest easy Chief, we'll take it from here.
Pittsburgh EMS Rescue 2 is sad to report the passing of Retired District Chief Steve Carlson. Prior to his promotion, Steve was a Crew Chief on Rescue 2. Rest easy Brother.
