Pet Emergency Treatment and Specialties

Out of caution and safety for our staff and clients, PETS will continue to require our clients and staff to wear masks at all times while in the hospital. We are reviewing the changes in CDC and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania policies, but we feel it is in everyone’s best interest to continue requiring masks until further notice. We would like to take a moment to thank you in advance for your patience this week. We have a larger than normal number of team members out this week for various reasons. We will be working to provide the best service and care for your pets, but we are anticipating longer than average wait times in our emergency service. Again, thanks for your patience and understanding.

I would also like to take the time to thank our team for working through a very challenging year. COVID-19 has brought a new level of challenges to maintaining the safety of our team and clients, and our team has always risen to meet the challenge. As our team continues to grow, I want to thank every member for their hard work and dedication and also recognize the members of our team who are currently quarantined out of precautions for COVID-19. You’ve been on the front line through some very difficult times, and I know they never hear thank you often enough. We have an amazing group of Doctors, nurses, assistants and receptionists. I am thankful for each and every one of you.

If like to take a moment to wish everyone a very happy, healthy and safe Thanksgiving. 2020 has been a difficult year for many of us. I encourage everyone to take a few moment to be thankful for this around you. In a year of stress, illness, quarantines and unrest, the people in our lives become more important to our lives. At PETS, I am always thankful for our amazing team that sacrifices to help those in need, our clients for the trust they show in our services and the entire veterinary community their life saving work. A humble thank you to everyone this year.

Hello everyone. In our continued attempted to keep our staff and clients healthy and safe, we are taking additional precautions asking our team to stay home during times of illness at the direction of their primary care doctors.
