Bleu is throwing it back to the 80’s, and rocking some leg warmers as part of his new haircut!
Welcome back! We are excited as today is the first day of our winter session! We look forward to seeing all of our riders and volunteers return as the week continues.
Winston likes to help out with exercise riding while hanging out in the barn. Yesterday he hopped on Molly to warm her up before lessons!
Happy New Year! We want to thank our incredible Pegasus community for being so supportive during the unknown's that came along with 2020. Let's keep strong and create an even better 2021! Thank you! Pegasus TRA Staff and Herd
We love the artwork that our participants make of our horses. Check out this great painting of Archie, made by one of our Saturday riders!
Pegasus family, it is with great sorrow that we share the passing of one of our beloved herd members Chai. Chai was truly a special therapy horse who created such amazing friendships with all of his riders. If you knew Chai he was always one to keep you on your toes, whether it was having his feet picked or picking up one of the many items he threw across the barn aisle, this was all apart of his spunky pony personality. He was always the first horse that when you walked in t...he barn he offered the first nicker and everybody else would follow his lead. He was also a horse of many tricks that including playing soccer, and throwing his ball in clicker training. We are so appreciative for the great people that shared such an amazing pony with us to live out his life, he was a horse that truly loved his job everyday that he worked! Thank you Chai for making the lasting impression you did on the Pegasus community. You will be greatly missed! See more
It’s with great sorrow and an incredibly heavy heart that we share with our Pegasus family the passing of long time rider, Rasheem Davis. To know Ra, was to know what Pegasus is all about. He was a talented equestrian, welcoming, giving, and such a positive presence at the barn. Our thoughts are with his family. He will be greatly missed.
Back in the beginning of November we were lucky enough to get our 1st and 2nd tack rooms redone, as well as our feed room. We were able to maximize our storage to make the most effective use of our space. Thank you to Tyler Glass and troop 449 for this great Eagle Scout Project!
Sergio loves his morning riders and volunteers!
Merry Christmas! We hope everyone has enjoyed the holiday as much as the horses! They all got a few gifts, but you can help them get a few more by purchasing something off our Amazon wishlist! https://a.co/iNe9lSG
