A step in a better direction!
We had a special guest today at our outdoor service. They couldn't stay the whole time, but gave us a quick chirp of a meow, gave me a quick head bump, and then headed off.

Hi Friends! Happy Coming Out Day! I had the joy of participating in this message from my Synod (its like a diocese) for this day. Bishop Davenport (who can be seen among the clergy at my reveal) and Bishop Guy (who was with Pastor Megan at my conversation with Karamo) are also included in this message. I am at the end. It is amazing to me to be part of this. God loves you on your journey - no matter where you are on it - in, out, whatever. You are loved by God as you are; a...nd God will strive with you. It keeps getting better! I am thankful to the In God's Image planning team for inviting me to be part of this project.

Today I felt the need to wear this. I've been thinking about how to show off some of my new swag from the Queer Eye Store. #loveyourneighbor #queereye #lgbt #lgbtqia+ #queereye #Fab5 #choosekindness
So, a few people in various contexts have been asking about what Lutherans believe. Its always difficult to sum things up quickly; but here in this clip from the 2012 Youth Gathering where Pastor Nadia Bolz-Weber does a great job in giving a quick overview: I will post the link to her full presentation in the comments.
Hi friends, Brian Falduto, reached out to us to share with us the song he wrote. I think it reflects the spiritual journey many of us have experienced and the hope that we long for to find in a Christian community. I know its not always easy to find, but I hope you are hearing this message today: God loves you too! https://youtu.be/WRT6Swj8khs
