I recently read Joy on Demand which is about practicing Mindfulness in such a way that you are able to find Joy in even the most stressful and difficult times. Since I started working at O’Neill Graphics, I have allowed myself to get personally invested in re-organizing and expanding the business, so I feel the stress. However, the joy of what we do far outweighs the struggle Since I share Brian’s passion for making something that people will love to wear, working in th...e Shop is Joy. Although O’Neill Graphics has been through tough times over the years, it has always survived and provided great Printwear at even better prices! So, I am so happy to join Brian as his right-hand man as we continue to improve and expand the business. Sure, prices will change, but so will the fact that we’ll be able to expand what we can offer our customers and friends at great prices. I’m sharing these thoughts with you, our friends and customers as a kind of nice to meet you, I look forward to doing business with you connection. If you’ve read this far ... This is why I know that O’Neill Graphics is about to BLOW UP My greatest joy has always come from being able to turn my mental images onto a piece of art. Weather you call it drawing, illustrating, graphic design, or motivational artwork matters not. What matters is the pure love I have for the act of creating and drawing. Over the years, I’ve been very fortunate to have had the opportunities to create event Graphics, fundraiser spirit Wear, logos for companies, and images for shirts, cards, promotional marketing materials, and so much more. However, someone else always printed it and profited from it. I still had the joy in seeing people wear my art, but I wanted to govern the whole process. Recently, I have been given the privilege to work along side Brian at O’Neill Graphics. Under his leadership, I now experience the joy of seeing my images go from conception to printed on T-shirts, hats, bags, sweatshirts, and almost anything you can think of! I still have a lot to learn, but I have already grown immensely. Our recent delivery of T-shirts for the Upper Merion Middle School Math Challenge was a huge step for me in proving my worth at O’Neill Graphics. With Brian’s guidance, I was able to participate in the entire process from screen Prep and Setup, to printing the 2-color and 3-color designs. I helped the School choose an awesome T-shirt for the kids to wear at an amazing price, and we crafted 2 really cool logos for the back collars. I think it was a huge success! I just hope they are as happy with the project as I am. I am so excited to do so much more printing, and I am so grateful to be studying under such an amazing guy who has a wealth of knowledge that he is so graciously sharing with me. I am truly blessed. I know that this year is going to be the best year ever for O’Neill Graphics

My Dad used to say if you don't take care of your customers someone else will for the past 30 years I have done just that to the point of almost loosing my business . I.m not stopping my ways just changing them a little ,most people understand that the price of everything has to go up . And now after too long a time I have realized it too , Bare with me my prices have to go up but not to be greedy but to cover the experiences that I just gave away with my great service bare with me I'm still the great guy my prices have just gone up a little , And most importantly must customers are still my friends over 30 years like my father before me i"m still an O'Neill and that means something when your ordering SHIRTS Thanks Brian
