Congratulations to Horizon Dental Care on the completion of their 504 loan! With the help of NEDCO, Horizon Dental was able to secure the funds needed to expand into Lackawanna County with a new location on Wyoming Ave in Scranton, PA!

By working with NEDCO, a nonprofit SBA CDC (Certified Development Company), you can provide up to 90% financing for fixed assets such as commercial real estate and heavy duty equipment to small business customers you believe are a good risk.

New stimulus bill passed and signed, what can small business expect? While certain items were framed out, SBA now needs to develop rules, regulations and procedures for public and banking partners access. The Act does include a new round of PPP with a second bite at the apple for some businesses. What to do to prepare, gather quarterly financial statements from April 1, 2019 through the end of this year. You do not need accountant prepared ones, internal numbers are fine... (quickbooks. etc.). You will need to compare revenue numbers from 2019 to 2020 to demonstrate impact of the Pandemic.
