Maura McCarthy, Executive Director at the Fairmount Park Conservancy, will highlight the challenges of maintaining these public spaces and a healthy urban forest. She will discuss city funding for parks and how it is coordinated and will demonstrate how FPC is a collaborator with other groups like Philadelphia Parks and Recreation.
