United Way’s 211 statewide helpline is a resource for families facing unexpected hardships. 211 also tracks demographic information and can see what zip codes have the greatest needs, can identify trends in the area and bring awareness to where there are needed services for residents of Erie County. Our President/CEO, Colleen Moore-Mezler, is a proud board member of the United Way of Erie County.
