Another gorgeous snowy day on campus! #WinterAtMessiah #CampusBeauty : Nathan Morse
A big thank you to our Student Activities Board for hosting a Super Bowl party this past weekend for students to enjoy!
Giving is something we do every day. Whether we volunteer our time with an organization, serve a neighbor by dropping off a meal or connect a friend with a company for a job opportunity, our selfless acts positively impact those around us. Today, we ask you to consider giving of your finances to Messiah University students. I never thought going to college was even going to be possible for me. With the scholarship aid that I receive from Messiah, it is possible. Students like Tariah benefit from your generosity as they prepare to serve and lead in our communities and world. Her time at Messiah is made possible by individuals like you who have generously made donations. Visit messiah.edu/giveMU.

On Friday, the Messiah University Department of Music welcomed rock icon Bruce Kulick, lead guitarist for KISS from 1984-1996, to their Music Entrepreneurship class! Kulick answered questions from students about his career as a leader and collaborator, as well as his approach to social media for connecting with his fan base. #GuestSpeaker

"One of my primary reasons for joining the English faculty at Messiah was the opportunity to teach Shakespeare on a yearly basis a dream job for a young PhD in Renaissance literature. But after my first few years at Messiah I found the passions and commitments of Messiah students their deep care for understanding our common life and humanity in the larger contexts of our faith and our connected, globalized world more important. My own joy as a Messiah professor is now more rooted in the quality of the young humans who walk into my classroom each semester which adds to the great intellectual pleasure of teaching the thought-provoking dramas of Shakespeare." Samuel Smith, professor of English #ProfessorsOfMessiah
