Look for more official groundbreaking info soon, but in the meantime, we enjoyed discovering some old drawings hidden above the ceiling! We love renovating old buildings!!

Margittai Architects is delighted to have been selected to assist in designing a development to be located in the heart of historic Homestead, PA! One important goal of this mixed-use commercial and residential structure is to help enliven the street and enhance the surrounding community. This sketch was created to illustrate the various aspects of the site which will eventually inform the final design.

Margittai Architects recently held an office retreat! It was the first time the entire group got together since the shut-down in March. In order to keep things safe, we met at one of our recently completed projects - the Weisbrod Learning Pavilion at the Pittsburgh Botanic Garden. Although a bit chilly, the gorgeous fall foliage helped warm our spirits!
