Fit Club is Now Thursdays at 6:30pm at Cedar Crest Bible Fellowship Church!! Park in the Front. Uses the first set of doors with white pillars! Go down the steps and there we will be!!... Tonights workout is Core De Force - MMA Inspired workouts! Get ready to Punch and Kick your way Fit!!
