Memories take you back. Dreams take you forward. I never imagined this day would ever really come. As we approach our final week here at LFR, I am full of gratitude and love for ALL of you! I look back at all the memories and I’m confident there isn’t another tribe like ours. ... For almost two decades of my life, my career has been helping other individuals reach their highest potential in the fitness world. My days involved planning, implementing, designing, organizing and creating a one of a kind fitness community. I spent time getting to know each client on a daily basis. I’ve had some unbelievable experiences, many milestones and witnessed huge accomplishments from clients over the years. More importantly, I met absolutely amazing individuals along the way. Each and every one of you is responsible for changing me in some way. You’ve all left an imprint on me. As I move forward I know there will never be a tribe that will replace the one we have. I hope more than just giving you challenging workouts and healthy nutrition, that I have taught you something about life, strength, guts and grit. This has never been a job for me, it has always been my passion, it’s in my soul and I hope it has changed your views on exercise. My main focus along the way has always been safety, but making it fun is high on the priority list as well. I knew if you laughed, enjoyed coming and got results, you’d be more likely stick to your program. We laughed. We fist-pumped. We cried. You complained. I pressed you to go harder. Life has challenged me and fate has brought me to end this amazing run with all of you! I want to thank each and every one of you for contributing to the success of LFR. As much as I hope I helped to change you, in a good way, you changed me. I will never forget the unbelievable time I’ve had with the most amazing individuals around. This isn’t farewell to fitness or to our fitness family. I will always be available for help, advice and guidance in the fitness world. This has been an extraordinary run with extraordinary people. Thank you all!!! Onward and upward. Legacy is not leaving something for people. It’s leaving something in people. Chara

Some of the hardest decisions in life are the scariest, uncomfortable, or even make you feel crazy. Take the leap of faith. If your intentions are in the right place, and they are the best decision for what you are facing at this moment, then do it. ... Personally our family is about to jump into something completely new for us and it scares the $&@? out of me. This is what life is about though. As I look back on how far we’ve come, how blessed our family has been over the years, and all the challenges we have pulled through, I am confident that what has transpired over these past few months is putting us exactly where we are meant to be next. Life is full of opportunities. Every journey is different. If it feels right, spread your wings and fly. Happy hump day!

Legacy is not leaving something for people, it’s leaving something in people. Looking back on where LFR started over 6 years ago, I am humbled and honored to have had the opportunity to work with so many amazing people over the years. As we approach our final days at LFR’s first home, I would like to thank each person that walked through our door and contributed to years of great success. I’ve had the opportunity to work with the best of the best over the years. You don’t... leave a family like this behind, they will always be a part of me wherever I go. Looking forward to kicking a$$ with my peeps until we close our doors here in PA. LFR family, YOU WILL ALWAYS BE MY KIND OF PEOPLE! #memories #takethemallwithme

When life starts to shift, shift with it. Among the difficult things during any form of transition is the ability to imagine something brand new and different. Sometimes taking a step away actually can make things much more clear. ... Life mimics an arrow. It can only be shot by pulling it backwards before it can launch forward. Whatever you are going through in life just remember this: when life pulls you back with struggle and difficulties, it means it’s about to launch you into something great! Guard your mind from anything that will compromise your dreams. Once you have that vision, lean in and trust the strategy you have in place in order to continue believing great things are about to happen. Adventure on..... #trustthechange

Although things have changed in 2020 there are a few fundamental needs still prevalent. 1. Water/food. 2. Shelter 3. Your tribe and community. ... We need community, support and a network, even introverts. We are all inherently tribal people. Your tribe may be inclusive, it may be large, but that community you depend on is more important than ever right now. In my opinion the worst part of Covid is being separated from all things we find enjoyment in. All the fun seems to be becoming obsolete. For many, the hardest part in all of this is being away from loved ones who have not had a hug since this all began. It’s so important, especially right now to check on those you know are alone, isolated and unable to enjoy life because the risk is too great. Be sure to stay in contact with friends you haven’t seen in a while, you never know who needs to hear, everything will be okay. Find your tribe and love them hard!
