Don't call it a Come Back! Very happy to announce our 12 week Summer Slim Down Challenge, will begin on Monday April 5th! This all woman's circuit training class will be led by our trainer Kim hinkle, myself, and one other. We will be doing an original weigh in followed by our 6 week, half way there weigh in. Finishing up with our champion who will be crowned at the end of our 12th week (Monday the 21st of June). We will be coordinating with the Case Specific Nutrition team who will be providing us with some guidance throughout! Our champ will be determined by total fat % lost.
