We're very excited that we will get to make another argument to the PA Supreme Court for the freedom of Qu'eed Batts. Today our Petition for Allowance of Appeal was granted and we will try and make new case law again, this time outlining the criteria that the Trial Court must follow before sentencing a juvenile to life without parole. *Great work by Alexander O Ward, who took the lead on all the appellate pleadings!
