Yay!!! The next new item is here!!!!!! I am SO excited! It warms my heart at the attention to detail and sentiment behind this!! Look for a live reveal tomorrow!!!
Though there wasn’t much coffee left to take....sporting some new merch along to church this am! Who’s as excited as I am? Ps, I need an English teacher, should it be as excited as me? Or as excited as I am?
Guess what I was up to today? Took these tiny basil plants from the seed tray to their pots. What’s your favorite way to use basil?? I love it in a tomato pie or turkey burgers with basil and feta that I tried at a friends. I’ll try to link the recipe in the comments.
Back in my office! Not as sunny as yesterday but comfortable! Seeding 2,400 field tomatoes! Ben is working on the display greenhouse for the driveway. It blew away in the wind a couple weeks ago and had some damage, so he’s repairing some hoops. Won’t be long before it’s in the driveway filled with flowers and veggie plants!
In my sunroom for the day! I’ve got my hat, Christian bops from Madison’s playlist on and a good attitude! I’m all set! Ben and his dad are getting ready to lay the first plastic rows! Enjoy this BEAUTIFUL day!
GROUND BREAKING NEWS....Ben is plowing! . He got the first planting of sweet corn in last week and the girls helped put the cover on. Spring has sprung!

HUGE EGG SALE!!!!
Ok Facebook friends and family. There was a boxer picked up last night on route 6/87 intersection. It was running in the road and a fairly newer white Ford Ex...plorer with a black bottom picked it up. A person saw the dog and it was very skinny which could possibly be Chloe!!!!! I’m asking everyone once again to share and see if we can’t get her home! The explorer was headed towards Meshoppen last night around 9:30 is when I received a phone call telling me about it. Please call 570-396-0567 or 570-396-2274 with any info. Thank you See more
What’s keeping you busy on this snowy day? We’ve played in the snow, pulled out furniture to vacuum and now just good ‘old fashioned resting! What’s keeping you busy on this snowy day? We’ve played in the snow, pulled out furniture to vacuum and now just good ‘old fashioned resting!

It’s a great day for a great day! What are we up to these quiet winter days?? The seed order is almost ready to be placed. Ben has been reviewing new varieties and how much we’ll need to keep up with a busy new season. We’ve got some new things ordered to help make our mornings a little easier getting ready. Ben built more shelving in the office for storing the canned goods which will make it easier for me to inventory and ordering more accurate. I’ve been baking and cooking up a storm, eating lunches with Ben (things I don’t have much time for during the busy summer), walking Beau and running kids to practice. Just a quick update and a reassurance spring is a comin’!!!
Self-serve is set up on the porch! Squash, potatoes, apples, carrots, beets and garlic.
Need a gift certificate? How about some goodies for a personalized gift basket? Maybe you need beef/pork or potatoes? We can set up a time that works for you to stop in and get what you need. Just leave a comment or call the market at 570-934-2724

Even on a cooler day, it’s a farm supper. Starting early so we can have a yummy dinner! Meatloaf is together and in the fridge. Wrapping sweet potatoes and beets to roast in the oven ahead of time and frying bacon for haluski! I’m even going to enjoy a mug of warm apple cider! You can pick up some mulling bags here too!
Why did the chicken cross the road???
Looky, looky!!! We’ve been busy today!
