COVID-19 Pandemic Survey Chiropractic Report The COVID-19 Pandemic’s impact on the Chiropractic Profession has been deep with revenue down for 50% of those surveyed. Of those that indicated they were down half were down greater than 30%. Here is a brief overview of our findings. 31% of respondents closed their practice due to the COVID-19 Pandemic for an average of 7.2 weeks, with several responding that they closed permanently. 65% of respondents participated in some form of... Gov’t stimulus program and it does not look like this was impacted by the decision to temporarily close the practice. Practice office hours however appear to have been influenced by the decision to temporarily close during the pandemic. Over 50 % of those practices that closed decided to alter their office hours with the vast majority decreasing. Of those that did not close temporarily during the pandemic just over 30 % changed their hours (with 90% decreasing their hours). While only 20% indicated they utilize the services of a practice management coach there was no significant difference on the decision to close or participate in any stimulus programs based on this. Where we did see a difference was in sales, outreach marketing, and additional services offered. 41% of those utilizing a coach saw revenue increases vs 17% of those that did not utilize such services, and only 39% saw revenue decreases compared to 52% View the complete survey results.
