Great time giving out some legal tips that are useful during the COVID-19 Pandemic....

At Klineburger & Nussey, our first priority is the safety of our clients and employees. We have put into place many measures in the wake of COVID-19 and we have made the decision to modify our office locations in Haddonfield, New Jersey, Woodstown, New Jersey and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with NO IN PERSON MEETINGS for at least the next two weeks to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19. This is obviously a fluid situation with a great deal of information coming in from diff...erent entities but for right now we are going to err on the side of caution, follow the recommendations of the WHO and CDC as well as monitor and adjust our plans accordingly. This is a tough call for many reasons. We have hundreds of current clients who all have VERY IMPORTANT issues to deal with and we will be available via phone, email and video conferencing. This will be hard on our staff who many of you know are not just employees, we are a family here at Klineburger & Nussey and they are the line of first connection between our clients and attorneys and we are asking you all to be patient with them as many have to take off to care for children at home leaving us with a limited amount of people to still try our best to work on your cases and answer your questions. We will all have to make sacrifices some but we are prepared to put public health ahead of our bottom line. Social distancing is very important during this pandemic and anyone in a position of power or authority, instead of downplaying the dangers of COVID-19, should do whatever they can to keep their clients and staff from nonessential contact. We need to think ahead and while this may be a hardship for some, it is crucial. I am asking all you to understand that we are going to take the lead here and do our best. Please note that we here at Klineburger & Nussey are not alarmists, we are realists who care deeply about the health of our staff, clients, their families and our community. While this may not be the right decision for every company it is one where we feel we can make an impact to help limit the spread of COVID-19 . To fellow Law Firms and business owners, this is a time to remember our core values during times like these. This is when they matter the most to our clients and staff. Another positive step in uncovering what happened to our client... We would prefer the audio recordings not be made public, just the transcripts, said Richard F. Klineburger III, a lawyer for the parents of Akyra Murray, who was killed. But if the court was to release all or nothing of the recordings, they would err on the side of all being released because the pain that would come with that would be no worse than the pain of not knowing.
