#Therapyhelps If you’ve been struggling with depression and anxiety, just know that you don’t have to go through this alone. I’ve been there myself before and know how scary it can be to show anyone, let alone a stranger, your deepest, darkest thoughts After the first session, my clients share how suprisingly comfortable they felt talking with me and how they gained new insight invest in your happiness and growth by reaching out #selfcare #noshame #acceptance #compassion #anxiety #depression #judgementfree #therapy #phillytherapist #selfawareness #healing #emotionalintelligence

#TherapyTuesday I’ve heard so many people struggling with mental health issues who refuse to go to therapy because they view it as a sign of weakness. This h...onestly couldn’t be any further from the truth. It takes real strength and courage to admit you need help or guidance because suffering alone isn’t working. Do not block your opportunity to heal, learn better habits, and thrive because of your pride, the judgements of others and ego #therapy #therapyhelpedme #courage #strength #mentalhealth #phillytherapy #selflove #healing #anxiety #depression #gethelp See more

What is sex therapy? Sex therapy is a common form of psychotherapy that can be helpful for individuals or couples looking to explore their sexuality, relational patterns, difficulties with intimacy, gender roles & expectations or simply find better ways to connect emotionally & sexually. There are many misconceptions about sex therapy, but there are no physical exams, no nudity, and no touching between therapist and client(s) Common areas of concern, distress or exploration ...that I work with clients on; . Sexual identity, orientation, gender. Differences in sex drive within couples low or loss of arousal & desire Poor body image, self esteem and lack of sexual confidence Involuntary (premature or delayed) ejaculation Erectile difficulties Difficulty experiencing orgasm Performance and response anxiety ( difficulty relaxing & enjoying pleasure due to negative anxious thoughts ) Sexual shame & embarrassment Difficulty communicating emotions, desires, needs Painful & uncomfortable sex Boring or unsatisfying sexual encounters with partner Fear or avoidance of sex due to past traumas Lack or fear of emotional intimacy Have any questions? Feel free to comment or shoot me a message about what's on your mind!
