Come out and enjoy a great day at Seven Mountains Scout Camp. We will not be providing a meal, so bring a lunch for yourself (Limited concession stand). Come out and enjoy a day at camp, stay as long as you would like. We are also allowing units to camp for free that weekend (Sites will b...e assigned by the JVCBSA). ****Spring Sale Update**** Orders are Delivered! Pick up your orders until 5:00pm today!

We are scheduled for delivery of the Gertrude Hawk Chocolates on Friday the 26th. Delivery is anticipated to be within the hours of 9:00am and 2:00pm. With that anticipation Order Pickups will be from 3:00pm until 5:00pm at the Council Service Center in Reedsville. Coordinate with your units and have a leader pick-up the whole order. Should changes happen we will update you tomorrow.

***Attention Cub Scout Families*** Our friends over at the Susquehanna Council, Boy Scouts of America have developed a great opportunity for you! Join their We Own Adventure Program today! The concept is to have 6 Adventures throughout the year that you and your Cub Scout will be able to join in on. The Scout will receive an Adventure in the mail with instruction how to do that Adventure with family, their Den or their Pack (depending if the Den or Pack is participating as a ...group). The Scout will have 2 months to complete the Adventure. At the halfway point, the Adventure Leader will have a Zoom Meeting to see how the youth are doing. Those who have accomplished the task will be able to share their experience, and those who are not done will have time to ask questions or receive encouragement to complete. After each Adventure, the Scout will receive a patch certifying their accomplishment. Each Adventure will be based on the Cub Scout's rank. It will be broken down into 4 groups: Lions and Tigers, Wolves, Bears, and Webelos and AOLs. The cost will be $10 per Adventure, or you can pay for the year in Advance for $60, and you won’t have to re-register every month. It seems hard to believe but we are kicking off the 2021 Spring Sale with Whitley's Peanut Factory and Gertrude Hawk Chocolate! Scouts will be able to earn 33% of all sales and use them for Summer Camp or the Annual Registration Fees. Klondike Derby Update - As we continue to navigate through rising cases of Covid-19 in our communities, the Juniata Valley Council, BSA has made the difficult decision to cancel the Webelos and ScoutsBSA Klondike Derby events for 2021. This includes the Juniata Valley Council, BSA Klondike Derby at Seven Mountains Scout Camp, as well as the Chief Logan District Klondike Derby events.
