Small businesses incur many hidden costs, especially when considering debit/credit card sales. There are swiping fees, monthly statement fees, processing fees, and more. In this economic time it has become more difficult to absorb all these fees. And, we really don’t want to add the fees into our prices. With the upcoming increase in VISA/MC fees to businesses we felt this was the best time to make some changes. So, we have instituted a cash incentive program. This means a non-cash adjustment fee of 3.5% will be applied to any card transaction. To avoid this fee we are encouraging our customers to consider paying by cash or check.
