As a partner with the Johnstown Walk of Hope since 2016, the Joyce Murtha Breast Care Center (JMBCC) at Chan Soon-Shiong Medical Center has received over $32,00...0 in donations to provide financial assistance to patients for examinations, imaging, breast biopsies, and surgeries. The mission of the JMBCC is to continue the fight against breast disorders through prevention, diagnosis, treatment, research, and support. They also support genetic testing and services related to hereditary breast and ovarian cancer syndromes. Representatives of Arbutus Park Retirement Community present a $1,050 donation to the Joyce Murtha Breast Care Center in Windber.
