Mother nature is at it again! Ice coverage is hindering bandwidth from out Ebensburg location to northen areas including Carrolltown, Nicktown, Hastings, and Northern Cambria. Also New Germany area has been impacted may see reduced performance. We are working on making adjustments to speed it up. Once the weather clears up and will allow us to work we have plans to fix this so it doesn't happen in the future. We appreciate your patience!

There is a problem at our main internet connection point in Johnstown. So it affects mostly affects the southern half of Cambria, Somerset county, and parts of Indiana County. We are working on restoration of service as fast as we can. Thanks for the patience!

Notice to all customers using our LTE service, which goes through trees to connect to the tower, we are doing maintenance on that system today at our Loretto and New Germany towers. There will be a brief outage as we maintenance each antenna. This will help improve signal and overall performance. Thank you for the understanding.

Some In the Stix customers may be down due to an issue with a provider over the internet we use. Our system is 100% functional and as soon as they repair their problem your service will be restored. This is a nation wide issue with that provider. We are told top engineers are actively working on it. Thank you for your patience.
