Hollidays can be wonderful or the thoughest days of the year. The loss of a loved one can make the Hollidays impossible to bear, especially the first year after the loss. Taking care of yourself is a priority to successfully making it throught these unbearable times. Getting 7-9 hours of sleep each night and not more, 20 minutes of exercise 5 times a week at a minimum, and eating healthy following the food pyramid are the basics for emotional stability. If these basics are n...ot met, emotional instability will escalate. It is extremely helpful to have a trusting person to discuss your deepest thoughts and feelings with....confidentiality is consistenly offered and applied through all mental health providers.
