Another customer lighting project in the books

Progress updates for Vixen Hill Mfg. Construction nears completion with minor details left to complete. Building side electrical is complete and ready for final inspection. Dust collector was set in place and ready for final duct work and plumbing to be completed as well as final electrical connections.

The start of a little restoration project

Shown below is a custom built Supermicro server with MS Server 2019 built for a Church. This server features 3 RAID setups spanned between 4 solid state drives and 2 hard drives. Also pictured is an equipment rack we built for this church featuring a full network overhaul with all new wiring in 5 different locations within the church offices.

Shown is a recent lighting project we did at a daycare. Customer is investing in a full LED transition in a series of phases. Phase one included installation of 23 recessed lights with gimbal trims in a classroom, 8 recessed lights in a hallway and conversion of linear troffer lights to direct wire LED linear bulbs in an office as well as 2 additional classrooms. This customer also had us replace various receptacles. The classroom with the 23 recessed lights has cathedral cei...lings and extends into two additional classroms. The lighting in this classroom extends into the two other classrooms as well which are part of phase two of the project. Removal of old linear fixtures between the classrooms will happen upon completion of these phases. All zones of lighting in classrooms and office including the LED linear troffer lights have dimmers installed.

Today's install for an insurance co. 8 network lines, 3 IP phone lines, 1 ceiling mount Ubiquiti Networks UniFi WiFi access point and 2 fax lines. All properly terminated and labeled in a secured enclosure. Ubiquiti Networks EdgeRouter & UniFi switch were installed. A battery backup was also installed with up to 30 minutes run time incase of power failure. This setup consists of a secured office network with WiFi and a guest WiFi setup with time restrictions and data limita...tions. CNServices takes a great deal of pride into the work they do. Pictures shown are of a 2 door SecuraKey Key FOB system CNServices installed for a church that included an IP video door intercom system. This system is computer controlled and keeps track of all users allowing and denying access on a date and time basis. The church has 3 locations with screens to communicate with the doors and unlock to allow people in. ... A power supply with battery backup was installed to allow up to 4 hours of access from the complete system in the event of a power failure. Final instruction pictures were never take unfortunately.

Pictured is a network setup for a daycare. Unfortunately final installation pictures were never taken. Previously everything was being run in the office off a single WiFi setup through the local phone company. This customer wanted to switch to a business class ISP. CNServices installed an equipment cabinet with new router and switch as well as various WiFi Access Points throughout the daycare including outside. The configuration included all new infrastructure wiring to various office locations, student check in system, WiFi AP's and an IP to POT's converter box for the existing phone system. Various IP security cameras were installed by one of the owners friends and CNServices terminated the cabling and installed the NVR into the cabinet.

New service install with dedicated generator sub panel for critical loads. This customer simply starts up a portable generator outside his garage and plugs the cord in, then goes to his basement and turns off the 100amp main breaker in the sub panel, slides the lockout mechanism up and turns on the 30amp breaker for the generator feed.
