Great webinar on winterizing your garden and backyard conservation: Thurs., Dec. 10 from 12 noon to 1!

These gardens are growing with the help of our amazing volunteers! More trees have been planted in our food forest (an edible landscape!) and there’s still produce sprouting in the kids bed (which is a community bed so if you’d like kale and Asian greens get down there and pick some for Thanksgiving!) As one volunteer stated today, This is our thanks to Mother Earth for her thanksgiving Maddie age 9. Also we are in need of some gently used tools like trowel, shovels, shears, and a broad fork! If you’re cleaning out your garage and have some to donate please message us!! We also need some more books for our little free library! #buildingcommunity #foodforests #communitygarden

We are as busy as ever at the gardens with our newest project...a Food Forest! We can use some volunteer help Tuesday Nov 24 at 10AM planting more trees like el...derberry, serviceberries, and more! Come and bring a shovel and gloves if you can and wear a mask! We still can get together as a community in a safe way while getting a good workout before the holidays!
