At present, we’re doing takeout and outdoor dining with @hiddenharborpgh, but we’ve got exciting things ahead and are looking for weird, empathetic, creative people to join us. We just want people who appreciate hospitality and want to learn about food, beer, spirits, and James Browns’ legacy in the global diaspora of funk music. Burger night is here! Available for takeout and delivery is Monday Night Sports, a lip-smacking deal that offers two burgers, wings, and two cans of @gristhouse Lucid Manatee DIPA for $36. Tonight’s Special Burger is the Jerk Burger, which features Pete’s carrot habanero hot sauce, Gouda, tropical dry rub, chow chow pickled veg, garlic aioli, and cilantro. The Independent Burrito Company is back! Pete has taken over the kitchen (joined by Michael from @dancinggnome, who joined us for our New Year’s Day Polish Pop-Up and is both great in a kitchen and horrible at saying no) and is on a mission to bring Squirrel Hill killer burritos. Prepared Mission-style, we’re offering smoked pork, vegetable, and vegan burritos starting at 3 and going til 8. Get them to go or grab an outdoor table. We’ve got a special margarita menu, a killer draft list, and fresh guacamole. Come and get it!
